Client Consent & Liability Release

I voluntarily choose to participate in services and experiences offered by Tina Ojeda-Willis and Reiki Warrior Healing LLC. These may include Reiki, shamanic healing, sound baths, drumming, meditation, breathwork, SpiritPulse™, dance, somatic movement, energy work, ceremonies, mentorships, and other holistic practices.

Experiences may also include music, scents, essential oils, herbs, smoke, cacao, or optional physical touch.

I understand that Tina Ojeda-Willis is not a licensed medical professional or mental health provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. These services do not replace professional healthcare. I am responsible for seeking guidance from a licensed medical or mental health professional regarding my health, conditions, or ability to participate.

Your Comfort & Well-Being

I understand and agree that:

My participation is voluntary, and I am responsible for my own health, safety, comfort, and physical limitations.
I will inform Tina of relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, or limitations that may affect my participation.
During movement and dance activities, I am responsible for choosing movements appropriate for my body, maintaining my balance, respecting my physical limits, and being aware of my surroundings.
I may modify, decline, or stop any activity at any time.
Physical, emotional, and sensory responses may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

Visiting & Participating

Sessions and events may take place in a private residence, studio, rented venue, outdoor space, or online.

I accept responsibility for my participation and agree to be mindful of my surroundings, personal belongings, and safety while on the property, including during arrival and departure.

For online experiences, I am responsible for choosing a suitable and safe environment.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participation in healing practices, sound experiences, movement, dance, ceremonies, and related activities involves certain risks, including falls, physical injury, emotional distress, allergic reactions, and other unexpected responses. I voluntarily accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Tina Ojeda-Willis personally, Reiki Warrior Healing LLC, property owners, hosts, employees, assistants, contractors, and representatives from claims for injury, illness, emotional distress, property loss, or other damages arising from my participation, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, including claims arising from their ordinary negligence.

I agree not to sue these parties for claims covered by this release. This agreement does not release claims that cannot legally be waived.

Ongoing Consent

This agreement applies to all my current and future in-person and online sessions, events, classes, trainings, mentorships, and related experiences with Reiki Warrior Healing LLC, regardless of location.

I intend for this agreement to remain effective indefinitely, to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless replaced by a new agreement.

Privacy

Personal information shared during sessions will be treated with care and discretion, except when disclosure is required by law. I understand privacy cannot be guaranteed in group experiences.

Agreement

By electronically accepting this agreement, I confirm that I have read and understand its terms, am participating voluntarily, accept responsibility for my participation, and understand that I am releasing certain legal rights, including the right to sue for claims covered by this agreement.
