I’m Tina,

 

I help people reconnect with their inner guidance while supporting deep energetic healing, so they can move through life with clarity, courage, and confidence. Over the years, I’ve guided individuals through transformation by offering mentorship, helping them reframe perspectives, and using modalities like Reiki and shamanic work-whatever supports the next step in their journey.

 

What I love most is witnessing people reclaim pieces of their healing right before my eyes, and helping each person uncover their own answers rather than giving them mine.

 

 My mission is to help raise the vibe of the world, one insight, one shift, and one empowered choice at a time.

My approach blends practical guidance with energetic work, bridging both worlds so you can feel lighter, more aligned, and capable of stepping fully into your life. I work one-on-one and facilitate group experiences, holding space for transformation that is grounded, safe, and creates deep and lasting, impactful shifts.
