Welcome, I'm so glad you're here!

My name is Tina, and I'm the founder of Reiki Warrior Healing, a Reiki Master, mentor, and the creator of the ART Method™: Align Internally, Respond Intentionally, Transform Your Experience™.

My work is for people who are ready for real support-grounded, honest, and deeply practical.

Before this path, I spent years as a 911 dispatcher, supporting people through some of the most intense moments of their lives. That experience taught me how to stay steady in chaos, how to listen beneath the surface, and how to hold space without overwhelm. It’s a skillset I carry into every session and every space I lead.

My journey into healing was also shaped by my own path of sobriety. That chapter of my life taught me self-awareness, accountability, and what it truly takes to create lasting change from the inside out. The tools I share come from lived experience, not just training.

Over the years, I’ve been trained and guided in multiple modalities. I am a Reiki Master, trained in somatic movement and dance, and have been guided in shamanic practices by Coyote Davey, and also certified through the Light of Healing School. I’ve also developed my own modalities, including SpiritPulse™, to support clarity and deeper self-connection.

For over 13 years, I’ve supported others through mentorship, helping people navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with intention.

Today, I offer mentorship programs, women’s gatherings, sound baths, and group experiences designed to help you come back into alignment with yourself-without needing to escape your real life to do it.

My approach is down-to-earth and supportive. You won’t find anything performative or overly abstract here- just real tools, real presence, and space to reconnect with your own inner guidance.
