REIKI WITH A SOUND BATH MEDITATION

Service Description

This session includes all of what comes with the 60 minute Crystal Reiki but sound healing is added here. I will use a combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bells and drumming. I have found the vibrations that come with these elements help me achieve an even deeper state of relaxation and connection to healing! The drum can mimic the heartbeat and reminds our body of it's natural vibratory rate. I also use crystal singing bowls specifically attuned for the crown, heart and root chakras so this service is another way of balancing chakras during reiki.
